Prayer for Inspiration
Our lives are filled with challenges, stress, and difficult choices.
Help us Lord read your words, see your action when you were with us,
Inspire us to choose only what is true and good, right and just.Lord by your words and actions in the Gospel
Make me a healer, a supporter to all in need.
May I be your friend and follower in action, to dedicate myself
to serve the poor, the exploited children,
to stand as you did Lord with the outcasts.I believe the words of Saint James,
“Faith without action is dead.” I want to be alive, to forget myself and
My unnecessary wants and desires and serves the needy as you did Lord.Let me be inspired to liberate the oppressed, to give sight to the blind,
enlighten those in the darkness of unknowing and depression.
Let me be a prophet of truth and pure integrity and spread your words of encouragement and friendship.Amen
