Parents, How to love your children?
Parents to really love your children you must bind with them be their friends and supporters, give them constant support and praise for well done and affirmation is essential to prevent boys from falling away from family.
Give a good example, teach values and be virtuous yourself and your children will be strong in values. Have an open trusting relationship with your children, especially the boys, be a friend, not a dominating authority figure, they need you to encourage, affirm, praise, reinforce and have positive interaction with them. Parents join your children in play, and sports, and be trustworthy friends to them at every opportunity.
Encourage trust, openness, and understanding for them to be able to tell you everything that happens to them. Teach them about abusers and good and bad people in the world and that they can tell you all that happens to them or to their friends especially if there are acts of abuse.
This is how you will have a happy family based on love, not control. Do not scold, hurt, shout or get angry with them, listen to their side, and give advice and understanding, even where they make a mistake. It is only human to make mistakes. Then we will have a society that respects the rights and dignity of all children.
