Help needed for 13 year old boy with broken leg

REQUEST TO Vicente Sotto Memorial Center in Cebu City to please give attention to 13-year boy James Tapaleng that is Suffering, is in great Pain in your hospital, with a broken leg, and is getting no help, no operation since he was admitted last 24 April. This is a serious violation of medical ethics and the Rights of the child.
We request immediate help and attention to the child without delay. If you read this please call the hospital.
