THE LIGHT OF DAWN
As the light of dawn dispels the darkness of the night,
My heart awakens to your call for me to serve and share,
The care that I have for the needy and the poor,
To fight for justice for those children craving for the light.For them to know they are safe and can cry out their hurt and pain,
And then the burden is lifted, the stress is gone, like when the sun will shine after the falling of the rain.
I am with them as You with me as they heal and are empowered to fight for justice and their right,
Your presence and your friendship Lord is the power of love and light.Shay Cullen
