Seminar and Retreat Spiritual Formation Center 
The PREDA seminar and education center hosted as many as 102 seminars on spiritual formation and personal renewal, seminars on development and human rights, child prostitution and AIDS and drug abuse and tribal Filipino rights.
32 of these were live-in workshops with a total number of 1040 participants, this the yearly average.
The day seminar participants totaled 3790, a combined total to use the facility was 4,830 participants. Diocesan meetings and spiritual retreats are frequent.
The facilities offer low budget yet comfortable accommodation for NGO's and other socially-oriented groups.
