False Accusations: Answered
The bizarre story of Edmonds/Payumo is of a 7 year old child, Liza, who was repeatedly abused and raped by a 12 year old house boy Roger and her half brother Oscar, also 12 years old. It is also the story of the only two adults in her life who could save her, but choose deliberately not to do so. The PREDA Foundation, known for providing protection, shelter and recovery for the child victims of abuse, and for legally pursuing the abusers was itself abused by the mother of the houseboy and the non-biological father of the child Liza. Alan Dale Edmonds is an emotionally disturbed person who lives with children who can freely view pornographic videos and who sexually abused a 7 year old. Edmonds enraged at the discovery made by PREDA went on the war path to discredit the PREDA center and especially Fr. Shay Cullen by making false allegations and manufacturing evidence by pressuring and coercing the seven year old child, who is still under the control and domination of her abusers and their parents to say that she was abused by Fr. Shay Cullen. A practical impossibility and one disproved by the sworn statements of the child herself, the most telling of which is the statement given to the National Bureau of Investigation. Besides that Roger, the 12 year old has confessed that he subsequently raped another child and is now under arrest.
Also the evidence points out that the charges of Edmonds are a complete fabrication, intended to distract attention from his own neglect and the evidence of abuse that he allegedly committed.
This case is now resolved with the complaint being dismissed on April 8 1999
