PREDA hosted several national and international delegations for exposure tours and orientation seminars on current social issues. In its various projects PREDA works in cooperation with many other national and international agencies working for youth, human and children's rights.
The team acts as adviser to other street child programs around the Philippines and abroad. PREDA has sent speakers to various countries to campaign with country groups for the passage of extra-territorial laws and anti-child pornography laws. The work continues to develop global awareness about the sex tourism and the rights of children. The international tours of the AKBAY youth theater tour is one of the most successful methods to carry this message to big audiences.
Several countries have since adopted these laws.
