This is Fr. Shay Cullen of PREDA Foundation in Olongapo City writing to congratulate you on your work in protecting the victims of sexual molestation allegedly carried out by American Paul Jeffrey Anderson, 55, and German Rainer Fahrenherst, 61.
We at PREDA offer our service in assisting cases against child abusers of all nationalities and in bringing them to trial. We would like to offer any help and assistance to you and the prosecutors in securing this case. If you think it is helpful, PREDA would be willing to engage the service of a local attorney as private prosecutor to ensure that the rights of the children are protected at all stages of the prosecution.
We would also like to extend educational help to the child victims to secure for them a better future.
