We are in receipt of your letter dated 25 June 2003 bringing to our attention the situation of children and women in Olongapo Center for Assistance, Rehabilitation and Empowerment (OCARE).
We do acknowledge the importance and urgency of your recommendations. Please be informed that the issue has been coordinated with our DSWD Field Office who has the Jurisdiction to monitor and provide technical assistance in the operation of the Center. To date, they are looking into the issue so that appropriate measures can be done.
