Of the Crime of TRESPASS TO DWELLING, committed as follows:

That on or about the 21st day of April, 2002 in the City of Angeles, Philippines and within the jurisdiction of his Honorable Court the above-named accused being then a private person did then and there willfully unlawfully and feloniously, and without justifiable cause therefore enter the dwelling of LOURDES G. GOMEZ, located at 41-20 Dona Ambrosia St. Don Bonifacio Subd. Brgy. Pulung Maragul, Angeles City against the latter's will.
