IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS TO KNOW UPON ADMISSION OF A DRUG PATIENT I. Rules and regulations of the Center regarding the privileges and limitations of patients, parents and guardians. II. Orientation on various activities is part of his rehabilitation program III. Visiting Days – Saturday and Sundays (9:00am – 5:00pm) Received – cooked food; Visitors – Only Immediate Family members IV. Required Commodities of drug patients during confinement a. 3-5 pcs. Prescribed colors short pants b. 5-7 pcs. Plain white round neck T-shirts c. 2 pcs. Bath Towel and Face Towel d. Laundry soap, Bath soap, toothbrush & toothpaste e. White Rubber shoes, Rubber slippers, White sock f. Pillow with case g. Underwear/briefs h. Laundry materials – pail, wash basin i. Cleaning materials – walis tambo, walis ting-ting, floor wax j. Water container for drinking (ALL THESE ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE COOP STORE) V. PROHIBITIONS a. Cell phones, Camera, Walk/Diskman, wearing of sleeveless shirts, miniskirts, shorts, hats/caps, eyeglasses, tissue papers and napkins, keys, colognes & perfumes, face powder & baby powder, make-up kit, lotions, after-shave colognes, shaving cream. b. Friends and girlfriends or boyfriends are not allowed to visit. c. Cigarettes, Lighters and mentholated candies will be confiscated. d. Possession of money of the Drug Patient is highly prohibited and once caught, he will be subjected to appropriate punishments. All money are convertible to TOKEN. e. Long pants, jacket, belt, hat/caps are not allowed for the patients. ONLY PRESCRIBED UNIFORM. f. Pointed and deadly objects (bread knife, knife, ice pick, ballpens, bbq sticks, shaver, cooking utensils, silverware, glassware, chinaware and among others. g. Letters, pocketbooks & any reading materials are not allowed EXCEPT FOR BIBLES & RELIGIOUS PAMPLETS & BROCHURES. h. Medicines and Rubbing alcohol must be deposited to the Medical Services Section for safekeeping to the Nurse-in-charge. i. All foil-sealed (any junk foods and chocolates), plastic wrapped junk food, canned goods, bottled drinks. (ONLY HOE COOKED VIANDS, RICE AND DESSERTS ARE ALLOWED) VI. Petitioners’ meeting is held every 3rd Saturday of the month. PETITIONER’S ATTENDANCE IS A MUST. Petitioner’s meeting will be on ________________ at 9:00 am. VII.
