ORDER

Before this Court is a "Motion For the Objection of the Transfer of Rehabilitation of the Accused" Filed on May 9, 2002 by Jail Supt. Romeo Adan Selga.

Subject of the motion is the Order dated May 6, 2002 ordering the transfer of the rehabilitation of the minor convict to MANSAWI Drug rehabilitation Center in Marawi City. Considering the objection of the City Jail Warden alleging there in lack of personnel to escort the said minor convict.

WHEREFORE, the Order dated May 6, 2002 is ordered set aside.

The City Jail Warden is ordered to immediately cause the transfer of minor convict to the Central Luzon Drug Rehabilitation Center in Magalang Pampanga.

Cosequently, the urgent and Ex-Parte Motion dated May 9, 2002 filed by Hadji Potri is hereby denied.
