Dear Fr. Shay,
I was at the Drama Play staged in the Church in Graystones recently and I have to say it was the most moving play I have ever seen. Those young people were brilliant........ We are very lucky here in Ireland now and have so many good things in life to be thankful for. It is only as an adult myself that I realize how lucky I was to have been brought up in such a loving and caring home. I will remember the children of the Philippines in my prayers always, how could I not after such a powerful drama as was staged that night in our Church. I tell everyone I meet about the lovely children who could change the expression on their faces to suit the part, and had little to no props but sure got their message over in such a powerful way. They found a big place in my heart that night and always. - An admirer and defender of children rights.
