Licensed and Accredited.

The Foundation was approved by the Philippine Government as a Foundation in 1974, licensed and accredited as a drug prevention and rehabilitation center by the Dangerous Drugs Board under the Office of the President and issued a separate license to operate as a government approved Residential Child Care Center (Childhood for Children Center) by the Philippine Department of Social Welfare and Development.

It is an accredited and government approved child care center and is also accredited by the Department of Science and Technology as a research and not-for-profit Development Foundation.

Regional Affiliations

Preda holds the following regional memberships and affiliations:

Elected Member of the Regional Development Council for Central Luzon. This Council studies and deliberates on all development projects.

Consultant to the Philippine Presidential Commission for the Protection of Children

Board Member of the Community Crafts Association of the Philippines, an association of private voluntary organization or NGOs assisting the handicraft producers of the Philippine to develop and market their products.

Founding and Board Member of the Coalition of Development NGOs (and People's Organizations)of Zambales and Olongapo City, otherwise known as Nagkakaisang NGOs ng Zambales at Olongapo (NNZO)

Member Organization of the Salinlahi Foundation, Inc., an alliance of 45 organizations working and advocating for the protection of children's rights.

Affiliate Organization to the Social Action Center of Zambales (SACZ) under the Diocese of Iba, Zambales

Member, Philippine Council of NGOs Against Drug and Substance Abuse (PHILCADSA)

Member, National Inter-Agency Committee on Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation and the National Inter-Agency Committee of Drug Abuse Prevention and Education.

International Networking

Preda holds the following international memberships and affiliations:

Member of the International Youth Foundation Network.

Founding Member of the International Forum for Child Welfare, (IFCW) and is a member of other international organizations working closely with them

Host of the International Conference of International Federation for Alternative Trade, (IFAT) in 1993 and has sent main speakers to various international conferences.

Works in partnership with several international welfare organizations and has participated in joint projects of the Canada Fund in cooperation with the development office of the Canadian Embassy.

Member of the International Catholic Child Bureau (ICCB) with Headquarters at Geneva, Switzerland.

Member of the Philippine Steering Committee of the End Child Prostitution in Asian Tourism (ECPAT) which has now an active network in more than 25 countries.

Partner of Jubilee Campaign, UK for the protection of the rights of children and religious freedom.
