Fr. Shay Cullen with the Preda-Akbay, Theatre Tour 2006, a campaign that dealt with the causes of poverty and trafficked and jailed children where they completed their successful tour in Germany, Ireland and The Netherlands. Last December 10 Human Rights Day the German  Cultural  City of Weimar invited all ten winners  of the Human Rights Prize of Weimar to a tenth anniversary celebration and a Human Rights conference.  Fr. Shay Cullen, founder and president of Preda Foundation was awarded the Prize in 2001. He presented a paper to the conference on Globalisation and Children.

To mark the tenth anniversary a local artist painted a portrait of each of the  winners  with the image of their inspiration.  The Painting  shows Mother  Theresa and street children with whom Fr. Shay visited in Calcutta and later met in Manila.

Shay  touches the memorial plaque which is maintained always at the 27% the  temperature of the human Body, the one thing that all inmates and people today have in common.

Father Shay Cullen with Human Rights supporters and church workers in Davao City Mindanao celebrate a legal victory over mayor Benjamin De Guzman. Fr. Cullen led an international Internet campaign against the shooting of street children by a death squad.  The City mayor filed libel against us for protesting the killings and calling on the mayor to uncover the death squad who shot the children sued Fr. Cullen.  The Mayor lost in the recent election.
