OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENT GOODLUCK EBELE JONATHAN, GCFR

In the efforts to persuade the Federal Government from building more prisons in Nigeria, CURE-Nigeria has written the attached letter to the President, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, GCFR calling on him to place a moratorium on the construction of more prisons and show a genuine and honest commitment to prison reforms.
