Discovered European Net of Paedophilia
An international paedophilia net was discovered during an operation headed by the British police. Nearly 50 people, 6 of whom reside in Great Britain, were detained in 7 countries. Investigators from the National Hi-Tech Crimes Unit declared that the images found in the computers and videos arrested with the suspects are the worst they have ever seen. In addition to Great Britain, the group also operated in the US, Canada, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Romania, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. The activities concentrated on one site in which their members used Internet chats to exchange tips about how to prepare a child for abuse and avoid being arrested. Some of the criminals abused the children and released the images in the Internet (Jornal do Brasil).
