Joost and Widmer to be charged and deported
You have heard about the sixty-one charges made against us at Preda in the past two years, most of them coming for suspects in child abuse cases. Our most bitter critics, Hartmut "Harry" Joost and Markus Leo Widmer whom we have charged or assisted in charging, and who's friend and associates we have helped convict of child and women abuse have been spreading black propaganda and making baseless charges against us. They have now been exposed for what they are by the Associate Commissioner for the Philippine Bureau of Immigration and Deportation (BID). She has ordered charges to be prepared against them for giving false testimony among other charges.
I quote from the Resolution of the Associate Commissioner.
"As regards the deportation complaint against Hartmut E. Joost, we find that the nullification of the annulment proceedings is sufficient basis that he committed the crime of False Testimony. False testimony is a crime involving moral turpitude. It is also an act which is contrary to law, morals, good customs or public policy. Aside from this, there is also a pending criminal case against him for Obstruction of Justice. These acts, although not finally decided by the regular courts, constitute sufficient grounds for UNDESIRABILITY. Moreover, the fact that he has no record with the BID-fingerprint and computer sections reveals that he could be an undocumented and overstaying alien in the country.
Premises considered, we direct the chief of the Legal Division to direct the
Special Prosecutor to cause the preparation of the Charge Sheet Against Hartmut
"Harry" E. Joost for undesirability, overstaying and for being an undocumented
alien, in violation of Section 37(a) (7) of the Philippine Immigration act of
1940, as amended..."

The associate commissioner's resolution against Markus Widmer tags him as a convicted drug trafficker , and thus makes Joost a suspect as a possible coddler of a convicted drug trafficker. Widmer does not deny his conviction and imprisonment in France as the BID resolution points out :
"Premises considered, undersigned hereby orders the chief of the Legal Division to direct the Special Prosecutor to cause the preparation of the Charge Sheet Against Markus Leo Widmer for overstaying, for giving false testimony, constituting undesirability, and for drug trafficking, in violation of Section 37(a) (4) of the Philippine Immigration Act of 1940 as amended.

Our many thanks to you for your constant help and support. You have been defenders of Human Rights and the rights of the children. You stood by us through all the false charges. These may not be over yet as these critics and suspects can use other people and even to children to make false charges against us. But with the help of God working through you we will overcome these challenges and make this world that much better for the children, the next generation.
