His Excellency Joseph Estrada
President

Manila,
Philippines
Dear President Estrada:
I am writing to appeal to your Excellency to intercede in the case of Fr. Shay Cullen, whose case is currently in the Department of Justice. Fr. Cullen who heads the PREDA in Olongapo City has long campaigned for the rehabilitation of drug-dependent children, the care of Amerasians and street-children. His consistent advocacy against the sex industry and its exploitation of women and children has long earned him the ire and anger of the Gordons, that political family and dynasty in Olongapo City. Now, through a frame-up pending in the Department of Justice, they have falsely accused him of committing the very same acts that he has long fought against.
The sex industry in Olongapo City, with the instigation of the political family Olongapo, has put up an elaborate frame-up to hit back at Fr. Shay Cullen that may result in his imprisonment. This sex Mafia is lobbying with the Department of Justice to revive a case against him using a supposedly child witness to falsely testify against Fr. Shay Cullen.
Mr. President, the maneuverings of the Political Family and dynasty in Olongapo that viciously opposed your election and administration through black propaganda and dirty tricks, is well-known to us all. You too, have been the target of their vicious campaigns and frame-ups in the past, when as Senator you stood your ground against US military bases and as head of the PACC you went after the criminal lords of white slavery in Olongapo. We deplore that what is happening to Fr. Shay Cullen in this frame-up case is with the Department of Justice to revive the case against Fr. Shay Cullen.
We hope that you intercede in this case so that the real exploiters of our women and children will be the ones who will go to jail.
Thank you for attention and my warm regards.
