Acting on the "Motion To Withdraw Information" filed on December 18, 2000 by Prosecutor II Ildefonso F. Recitis, praying that the Information for Rape with Crim. Case No. 469-2000 against Fr. Shay Cullen be withdrawn and it appearing that Prosecutor C. Lalin, Officer-in-Charge, Prosecutor's Office Olongapo City approved the same, the instant motion is hereby granted.
WEREFORE, the Information dated August 8, 2000 against Shay Cullen in Crim. Case no. 469-2000 is hereby considered WITHDRAWN, and the warrant of arrest issued in connection with this case is lifted. The Hold Departure Order against the accused is also lifted.
SO ORDERED.
