Vindication for Father Cullen

YOUR April 29 story, "Prosecutor dismisses rape case vs Father Cullen," clearly shows that there was a conspiracy to frame me in order to protect the real culprits who raped the seven-year-old child Gracie (not her real name).
According to court records, Gracie, born of Filipino parents, repeatedly told the American, Alan Dale Edmonds, that her half-brother raped her twice and the houseboy 10 times at least. When the National Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Social Welfare and Development filed charges against the boys, Edmonds threatened to charge the social workers and blocked all their attempts to get justice for the child.
Edmonds allegedly manipulated the child and pressured her to falsely accuse me. Edmonds knows we have evidence of his allegedly improper relationship with Rosin, another minor, the sister of the houseboy who abused his daughter. He had to protect the houseboy and his adopted son and prevent us from filing charges, so he allegedly framed me. The resolution of prosecutor Oscar Lasam leaves no other conclusion.
The frame-up we are alleging was hatched and executed at the sleazy bar and restaurant of Harry Joost on Baloy beach, for many a destination for sex tourists. Joost is on trial in Olongapo for estafa and falsification of documents and charged with other crimes.
They took Gracie into the bar and made her write out an accusation against me despite her protests that it was the others who raped her. According to the records of the Commision on Human Rights, Edmonds and Joost invited two investigators of the commision to witness the frame-up.
Now we know why so many people are against the death penalty - false accusations against the innocent are so easy to fabricate, and it could happen to anybody.
